The last entry feels like forever ago, so let us get you up to date on what's been happening in the shop.
I have made many changes in the shop and much more to come, but before I get ahead, I want to focus on our current season.
Winter
The past few years have just flown by, and it feels like a blur. First, I would like to thank all of you. I appreciate your support; you have kept my store thriving with life.
Over the recent months, I have worked on a few repairs, one of them being a doll project - pictures coming soon!
I have also repaired a pair of jeans, but they are no ordinary pair anymore because instead of merely fixing them, the added fabric was yellow with white spots, which the customer just loved.
Another lovely repair was for a young girl's doll. The doll had sadly lost her hair, so I replaced it using our beautiful wool in a shade of chestnut brown. Initially, not an easy, quick fix, but I got around the challenges, and no surprise I prevailed.
Also, over the Halloween period, I had gorgeous fabric brought in. My favourite had a witch flying on her stick with the caption below stating, "Yes, I can drive a stick" who would not love that?
Also, I love the winter season because we can layer up and get extra cosy! I've got you covered with woolly hats and fantastic jumpers for all occasions, whether you're having an evening out or just walking the dog.

Black Friday!
Black Friday will soon be upon us; specials are just around the corner!
And just as a reminder, it is on the 25th of November & that is all I am going to say; otherwise, I will give too much away.
Late Night Shopping!!
Now late, night shopping for me is when the Christmas feeling begins to set in, the wind blowing cold while holding a mulled wine in one gloved hand and a mince pie in the other while looking at potential gifts in a combination of shops and market stalls.
Fake snow flutters in the air and children run around demanding hot chocolate & toys, which always makes me giggle.
Late-night shopping is on the 28th of November, and Kit & Kaboodle will be open 10 am - 8 pm.
And we will have delicious Mulled wine, mince pies and chocolates in the shop to keep you going!

Happy December, I hope you're all doing well.
We now have new opening hours; for December, I will be open seven days a week; Monday - Saturday, we are available 10 am - 5 pm. Sunday, we will be open 11 am - 3 pm.
I hope you all are having a positive start to the month. Christmas is just around the corner, and in the shop, we are in full swing; decorations are up, and Gift boxes are in.
Our Beautiful Gift boxes come in different shapes & sizes with gorgeous ribbons to create that perfect gift.
And the best part is you build your own to make it more personal.
